Launching your Shopify store is easy when you have the right help
Here’s how we’ll work together to bring your online store to life:
1. Place Your Order or Request a Quote
Place your order online or contact us for a custom quote.
2. Complete the Form and share your store Login details
After you've placed your order onine, we’ll email you a form to gather all your brand assets, content, product details, for us to upload, and you will need to provide your own Shopify store logins or add me as a staff member.
3. Consultation Meeting, Theme Recommendation & Approval
Once we receive your completed form, we’ll schedule a one-on-one video call — or meet with you in person if you prefer — to review your project in detail. During this session, we’ll go through the information you provided, review 1–2 recommended Shopify themes (free or premium) that best fit your brand, and answer any questions and confirm key details before we start building.
4. Store Building (7–14 Days)
We’ll set up your store based on your package: design, pages, products, apps, and technical settings.
5. Preview & Revisions
You’ll receive a working preview link and we’ll fine-tune the design to match your vision. (See package details for limits on revisions.)
6. Testing and Handover
We’ll test everything — checkout, payments, and mobile optimisation — to ensure a smooth customer experience. Once approved, the store will be handed over to you.
7. Coaching Session
We’ll finish with a one-hour coaching session so you feel confident managing your store day-to-day.

How long will it take to build my store?
For the Launch Plan, expect about 7–14 working days once I receive all your content. Larger projects like the Professional Plan may take a bit longer depending on customizations.
Do I have to provide all the images and copy?
Yes—all text, product photos, banners, and brand images should be provided by you. But if you need help with copywriting or design, I offer those services too!
What if I need more than the package includes?
No problem! I can provide a custom quote for additional pages, products, collections, or advanced features beyond the standard packages.
Can I manage my store myself after it’s built?
Absolutely. I’ll provide a free coaching session to show you how to add products, process orders, and make updates confidently.
Is the store ready for selling after you created them?
Yes we will test everything before handing it over to you and your store will be ready for sale and accept payment.
What if I want a custom Shopify theme or advanced coding?
My packages use professional Shopify themes customized for your brand. Fully custom designs or advanced development work can be quoted separately.
Do you handle payments & shipping setup?
Yes — I’ll set up standard payment gateways (Shopify Payments, PayPal) and basic shipping rules. Custom options available if needed.
What about apps like email marketing or reviews?
Essential apps are included (2 with Launch, 5 with Professional Plan). I’ll also recommend the best extras for your business.
